We started with transporting a villa onto a green-field site, and now it looks like it has been there for years. The adjacent new building, pool house and landscaping all complement the overall appearance. The client had a vision, and it was very rewarding to be able to make every part of it a reality.

High Street

We were commissioned to help find an existing home that could be relocated. This home suited the site and the surrounding neighbourhood, and looks as if it has been there for some time. It was cut in half and craned into place. Good planning and supportive subcontractors made this complex job a very satisfying one.

Somerville

A three-bathroom upgrade project that shows our ability to plan and keep to a schedule, We were working in a family home, in constant dialogue with the client, coordinating subtrades that turned up on time. The end result is rewarding, not only for the finished product but because the job ran smoothly with minimal delays.

Rangitanuku

We brought the existing front entry back to it’s former glory, as well as converted a double bedroom into a new bathroom and single bedroom. This project is a continuation of several stages of upgrades that the team has been carrying out on this beautiful homestead.
